Understanding stakeholder’s requirements and effectively and unambiguously converting them to Product Requirement Document and finally explaining them in a very crisp and clear manner is the key to successfully deliver the product that matches the original requirement and stakeholder’s expectations. Today, we have created the simulation which represented the same product life-cycle scenario. It was fun to learn new aspect of product management.
