Roles and Responsibilities

  • This position requires traveling.
  • Primary responsibility to close the deal.
  • Upon Sales team’s Initial touch-base with prospect, needs to establish working relationship and Interactions with channels partners / End customers, reach decision makers to take the leading presales activity.
  • Work with regional sales managers to provide presales support – Work with the sales team to design, propose, and close new deals/opportunities with customers.
  • Coordination between Sales team and Client for product presentations and demos, POC, Qualifying lead, and getting agreement from client on executive visit.
  • Should be able to create comparison features with competitors’ products
  • To work with the sales team & support it in bid management, answering RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, preparation and validation of technical documentation viz. complete Bills of Material (BOM / BOQ) and quotations for the bids to be submitted.
  • Follow up on the Quotations / Proposals sent
  • Assisting sales team on knowledge / status sharing on specific leads/contacts
  • Maintaining good relationships with internal and external business partners

Must have
    • Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills
    • Proven Ability to interact with CXO level people
    • Experience / Ability to understanding Client’s needs and offering right solutions
    • Proven experience working as a Presales Executive.
    • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
    • The ability to follow scripts.

Experience

  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in end to end presales activity preferably from IT software sales

Minimum Eligibility

  • Any bachelor’s degree preferably, in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
